The Journey Behind Vibrant 

After completing her NYSC, Glory spent nine months without a job because she was unsure about her next steps. During that time, she went through training and conducted extensive research to understand career guidance, skills development, and the challenges young people face. That journey inspired her to create Vibrant Learning and Careers, a platform where students, graduates, and organizations can access career assessments, personalized coaching, and practical learning tools—all designed to turn potential into opportunities.

Glory  is also  a Learning Management Manager and Edtech Professional and collaborates with other coaching brands to develop learning programs and resources. She loves helping people, restoring hope in humanity, and asking people questions about life. She drives her curiosity and desire to create meaningful impact.

Through Vibrant, she works with young people and organizations to identify strengths, build skills, and connect learning to real opportunities. 

Her mission is to see a generation of Africans who know themselves, make informed decisions, and step confidently into careers that fit them.
